What, precisely, does
"Lambda Sigma Upsilon" mean?
   These three Greek letters are represented by the Western/Roman letters "L," "S," and "U," which, in this case, serve as an acronym for "Latinos Siempre Unidos," or, "Latinos Always United." Letters aside, our organization stands for undying brotherhood above all else while placing strong emphasis on academic excellence, community service, networking, and self-improvement.

When was the organization founded?
   LSU was founded on April 5, 1979 and the Emperadores Chapter was established on December 15th, 1990.
