Roughly a year and a half passed between the establishment of The Emperadores Chapter and the birth of its first line. The founding brothers had wisely decided to wait until they were "ready" to "put their all" into a new line and until they had some experience as brothers -- establishing a chapter--behind them. The Trastamaras Line pledged for more than 8 weeks and began with 4 candidates -- 3 of whom crossed into brotherhood successfully--(and one who went on to complete the pledge process again on a future line). The 3 brothers of the Trastamaras Line are: John Mendietta, Nelson Fernandez, and Wellington Cabezas.
